Aceto Balsamico Ponti 500ml
Description and advice for use
Ponti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, aged in oak barrels, is produced in the Vignola vinegar factory, at the foot of the Modena hill. It is the result of a slow maturation of the concentrated grape must and cooked must with wine vinegar. Ideal in the kitchen with red meats, roasts, omelettes, raw or cooked vegetables and also on ice cream and strawberries.
Acidity 6%
Ingredients
Wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked must, coloring: caramel E 150d.
Contains sulfites.
