The shipment of your package
For Private and Corporate customers:
The goods generally if available are sent within 2/3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS or other trusted couriers.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Transport costs vary according to the total shipping price.
We advise you to group your items in a single order of not less than Euro 50.00. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected. Our products are all certified with HACCP (see link) and comply with Italian law.
If you have received a manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request a refund for the item by communicating it to the Customer Service, available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
Upon receipt of the order, you will still have to wait 24 hours to allow the update of the delivery within your personal account. Once the update has taken place, the possibility to proceed with the return request will be enabled and it will be evaluated by us.
