Base grape: Pinot Grigio

Vinification: Spumante Brut is obtained from the processing of Pinot Grigio as a base which, following the harvest (the first days of August, is left to ferment for 10 days at 16 degrees and subsequently, moved to the autoclave for re-fermentation for 6/8 months before bottling.

Characteristics: it has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage; fragrant and mineral perfume with good freshness and flavor.

Pairings: it goes perfectly with apericene, raw fish, but also with a Margherita pizza.

The characteristics of the Prosecco DOC Treviso Cialt

The flavor of this Extra Dry Cialt prosecco is velvety. At sight it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it expresses a well fruity perfume.

 

It is particularly suitable for aperitifs. To be served in flutes at a temperature of 8-10 ° C, uncork gently with no spillage of the wine and keep cool in a bucket with ice and water.
